Joseph A. Palmieri

PALMIERI, JOSEPH A., 91 - of Elm, passed away Monday December 15, 2008. Born in Pittston, PA., he was a 1934 graduate of Pittston High School and a Elm resident since 1979. He retired from the carpenters union local #623 of Atlantic County. Joseph is predeceased by his wives Rita (Erickson) and Anna (Thorn). Surviving are his son Francis (Natalina) Palmieri of Egg Harbor Twp. and his daughters Helen (Harry) Stewart of Erie, PA. and Arlene (Robert) Divita of Grand Rapids, MI. One brother Guido Palmieri of Northfield and two sisters Christine Litzie of Brigantine and Josephine Grasso of New Port Richie, Fla. Loving grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 16. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 11:00am at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third St. Hammonton. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 12:30pm at St. Joseph Church N.
