PALMISANO Mr. Joseph ""Jay'' Palmisano, age 76 years, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2006 and joined his beloved wife Josephine Locascio Palmisano and son Joseph ""Jay'' Jr. in eternal rest. A native and lifelong resident of Chalmette, LA, Mr. Palmisano was the retired owner of Highway Radiator and Jay's Truck Service. He is the son of the late Dominick and Conchetta Terminie Palmisano. Survivors include his loving children, Karen and husband Leo Barnes and Dominick Ronnie and wife Mary Palmisano; grandchildren, Kelly and husband Rory Rivere, Teri and husband Jason San Salvador, Angie and husband Jed Gussoni, Nicholas Palmisano and Natalie Palmisano and great-grandson, Justin SanSalvador. He will also be missed by his loving companion, Joan Areaux and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and good friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL HOME, 5200 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, LA on Monday, July 10, 2006 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin on Monday from 9:00am until 11:00am. To view and sign the family guest book, please visit www.lakelawnmetairie.com.
