Joe was my 2nd oldest brother. He was a quite guy but a few times when I needed help he was at my side just like mom and dad always wanted us to be. I love and miss you. Say hi to mom, dad, and Milan. My condolences to Elaine, Stephanie, Joey and the grandkids.
