Joe was also an awesome cook! Yet he could not cook in small portions. Therefore i was gifted with his many leftovers. I especially loved his bread pudding and probably the best ribs i ever had!
I miss you terribly my friend!!
My heartfelt sympathy to his family and the daughters he adored.
