Toms River - Joseph Pyanoe 74 of Toms River, NJ passed away October 4th surrounded by his family. Joe was a graduate of St. Rose HS, Belmar and served in the US Air Force in Vietnam. He retired as a tile and marble contractor. Joe loved boating and fishing and living at the shore. All loved his infectious smile and laughter. Joe was predeceased by his parents Francis and Patricia, son Joseph, brother Anthony and sister Carmen. He is survived by his loving wife Donna, stepson Walter McKnight (Katie) step-grandson Max, sisters Jackie Pyanoe, Jill Murdoch, Nancy Garber (Edward) brothers, Chis Pyanoe (Laurie), Frank Pyanoe (Lisa) and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be arranged at a later date. The family's heartfelt gratitude extends to the Community Medical Center ICU Team for their loving care of Joe and kind support to all his family. Memorials can be made in Joseph's name to the Diabetes Education Fund at Community Medical Center Foundation, 99 Highway 37W, Toms River, NJ 08755.
