I don´t have many childhood memories that don´t include the Ruzzi´s. So many family gatherings, meals, cookies (the best), etc... Mr. Ruzzi or Joe as he used to tell me to call him, has the kindest most pure heart and shared his love and compassion with everyone. Joe and my father (Tommy) set the bar pretty high for any all other men in my life. Joe´s legacy truly lives on through his beautiful family for which he was so proud. I send my love and hugs to the entire Ruzzi family.

Thought you might like to see this picture of our respective Dads. This was taken at my parent's 25th wedding anniversary in November 1970. Mr. Ruzzi was such a kind and gentle man. He will be missed by all.

So sorry to hear that Joe has left us! He was so well liked by our Holy Rosary Church and Casa Italiana community. He was a very active member of the Holy Name Society for more than 50 years and he and his wife Rose volunteered for so many social activities including the Italian Festival, lasagna dinners, and wine events. For more than 20 years, Joe was also a usher at Holy Rosary Church and always greeted parishioners with a welcoming smile. In 2016, Fr. Ezio Marchetto honored him with a Pro Ecllesia Sacratissimi Rosarii Award, for his contributions to Holy Rosary Church. Our deepest sympathies to his wife Rose, his children and their families. We will miss you Joe!
