I have been one of his patients since he opened his practice in Springfield. I felt like we had a special DR. - patient relationship.; but i'm sure all his patients felt the same. he's a very person in my life. He will missed terribly by myself & i'm sure everyone else that is involved in his life. Prayers to his family & office staff. He will not be forgotten.

Dr.Smith was my Dr. probally as soon as he graduated from Medical School. He always had time to listen to all my aches & pains. I watched his family grow up by the pictures he had on the wall. He even had time for a few of my stories I had for him. I"d like to put out a little humor to lighten his busy day. We had a very special relationship as the Dr. patient goes. I will miss him very much. Prayers to his family.
