Joseph - You were such a light in everyone's life that had the pleasure of knowing you. There will never be a more thoughtful, caring and tell it how it is kind of soul, you call a spade a spade and made no apologies for it.. When you were thinking of someone you let them know it, nothing beats getting a card in the mail, you sent the best. You always had an angel in your pocket to hand off to those in need of a pick me up.
I will cherish all of our talks, your honesty, your sensitivity and your unbelievable stories. We all give our deepest sympathy to the family, but know that you raised a genuine, compassionate wonderful one of-a-kind man who will be deeply missed by all who had the benefit of meeting him. I met Joe though a mutual friend. Joe was a great person who always made me smile. May the memories of him stay with you, and make this difficult time a little easier. Rest in Peace, Joe.

Just read about Joseph, knew him from school and from the street. He was a caracter and a good guy. He will be missed.

I can't even begin to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. You have always made me feel like part of your family and my heart is just hurting. You all need to be there for your Mom and Dad right now. It just isn't natural to bury a child especially one like Joseph Sidney Stavros. He was truly 1 of a kind. I will never forget the day i bumped into him at Rockafella's i had not seen him in a long time and he handed me these two little angel's and told me that they would keep me safe.Now he is safe in heaven with the angel's.My condolences to his family.
