Joe Stinson...he's the coolest...he's the baddest cat in town. Joe Stinson...he's the coolest...and he likes to bike around. --This is the silly song that I sang to Joey every time I biked with him during his four years with me at South Campus. I always got one of his "tornado siren" laughs...and some curious looks from other staff. :)

Joey, you touched my heart in a way that few students have. You are an amazing guy who has the ability to connect deeply with other people. I'll never forget all of the fun times we had together...watching Shrek, dancing together in the classroom and at Prom...watching you become Student of the Month...accompanying you at your graduation ceremony, frequently cleaning up your lunch after you decided to launch it across the classroom (that wasn't much fun for me, but you sure seemed to get a kick out of it!), watching you and Matthew hanging out together, laughing hysterically at each other.

I'll always love and miss you like crazy Joey! Rest in peace sweet guy.

Love,

Lisa Santi

Dearest Anita and Tom,
I'm so sad that you're sad, and I know there's nothing I can say or do to make your sadness any less. I do know that before Joey came to this fragile planet - while he was still amongst the angels - he chose you. He chose you to trust and to love and to love him back. Now the angels have taken him back, leaving this awful hole in your lives. Try to remember that he still chooses you, that he's still your guardian angel, that he's there and always will be.
Much love, Mimi

Dearest Tommy & Anita,
Chad and I are so sorry for your loss our hearts ache for you. It was such a joy for us to come and see him on Halloween and see his face light up when we would walk in the door. He was very blessed to have you two as grandparents and you were very blessed to have him. If there is anything we can do please let us know.
We love you Chad & Jody

Dear Joey,

Thank you for teaching me so much about life and inner strength. I am truly blessed to have known you. You touched my soul deeply. Though I am saddened by your passing, I can't help to think that now you are free of your suffering - you can walk, talk, sing & dance... do all of those things you never had the chance to do in your 21, (almost 22) years on earth. I can picture you dancing around the heavens with your daddy... and that takes some of my sadness away.

Love,

Eric Flam
