I am so sorry to hear about Ray. I had meet him several times with my husband Chris Youngblood, before his death. Each time we came to visit Easley and the family from California Ray would come to see us. He was such a sweet man. I am so sorry.

Cheryl, I am so sad to hear of your Father's passing! My Dad (Charles Hunter) passed away on October 3rd. He thought a lot of your Father and they have been friends for many, many years! I am sure they will have plenty of catching up to do talking about Clemson and the good old days! I will remember you and your family in my prayers!

I am so sorry to hear of Ray's passing - he was one of our favorite people and my parents adored him and Rachel. He was always pleasant and fun loving; it was truly an honor to have known him. I pray the family can take comfort in knowing how much he meant to so many people and how he was also admired for his artistic abilities as well. Rest in peace Ray; you will be missed...

Dear Rachel and family, My heart is saddened for your loss. I, among many others loved Ray dearly and claimed him to be ours. One of the most endearing things about him was when he looked at Rachel his eyes smiled from his heart. He loved you all without fail and we all loved him the same. Look up and smile because one day you will be blessed to see him again! Love, Debbie Day Horstmann

Rachel and Cheryl, I was sorry to hear of this. You two were special to me when you attended Brushy Creek. Rachel we had a pretty good relationship and you were so kind when I taught the Single Class and Cheryl attended also to have us over at home. Never will I forget a friend as you were, Rachel. Know that both you and Ray and also Cheryl will never be forgotten by me. I know we have not corresponded in many years but I knew immediately who this was. Love to all of you. Ann Andrews
