Josephine M. Leinker

Josephine M. Leinker, 82, died Tuesday at home in Markle. Born in Akron, Ohio, she was a homemaker. Survivors include her three daughters, Susan Carbaugh of Markle; Marlene Feagles of Churubusco; Cynthia Cox of Fort Wayne; three sons, Frederick of Fort Wayne; Geoffrey of Arcola; Evan of Churubusco; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Preceded in death by her husband, Frederick G. Services 10 a.m. Friday with calling one hour prior at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2120 S. Harrison St. Calling also 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday with prayer vigil at 3:30 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to American Cancer Society, Matthew 25, or Heartland Hospice.
