Joshua Daniel
Joshua D. Douglas, 31, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014, at his home. He was born in Toledo on December 6, 1982, to Daniel and Sandra (Cottrell) Douglas. Josh was a 2001 graduate of Clay High School and was an Electrician with Local 8. He loved the outdoors: hunting, fishing and boating and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his parents; brothers, Jeremy and Jason Douglas, and grandmother, Delores Cottrell, along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, in the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon where family and friends will hold an informal time of sharing at 8 p.m. celebrating Josh's life. Burial will remain private. Memorial contributions can be made directly to the family.

Had the pleasure of meeting Josh when he would come with his friends into the Hour Glass out in Genoa where I work. Always the kindest, well mannered, yet humorous young man who always entered the bar with a friendly greeting and a hug and never left for the night without saying goodnight and a hug. I will truly miss you Josh and I'm sure many others at the Hour Glass Will also.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh at Target for a couple of years. He was always making everyone laugh. My husband was even in the Navy w/ him!!! My condolences to the Douglas family. May God keep you strong during this difficult time.

Very tragic to a very outgoing person. He was very good at making other people feel good. He had a great effect on everyone. He will be missed!
