Josie was so full of life and energy. It is difficult to understand that she will no longer be sharing hers with us. This is our loss. I wish her many blessings in her continued journey.

Josie was always so full of life. Her telephone greeting along took five minutes, even before she got to the nature of her call!!! She never had a harsh tone. She assisted in complex closing situations, without hesitation or complaint. Her good humor and professionalism will be missed.

I don't know what to say.
Every time I called NNNT it was Josie's phone I rang up first.
I allways said it was just because it was her card pinned to my wall, but we both knew that it was her warm and joyous voice and friendly banter that I relished first.
I allways asked to work with Josie, not just as my professional preference, but because, over the many years, she helped teach me (one closing at a time) the preference and the pleasures to being a professional.
I don't know what to say or who to call when I know that I'd rather just talk to Josie.
To her loved ones, please know that her time away at work, where I knew her, was quality time that I can only thank you for sharing and that she will be missed by me, and I'm sure the likes thereof.
May we all be comforted at this time of your loss.
