Joy M. Irwin, 52, formerly of Charleston, WV, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
She was born on May 24, 1966 in Ashland, Kentucky to Shirley (Breeden) Irwin and the late George Nelson Irwin.
Joy is a graduate of Barboursville High School in Barboursville, West Virginia. She worked at Bob Evans Restaurant in Cross Lanes, WV before moving to Staunton. She loved to laugh and reminisce with family. Joy was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Ms. Irwin is survived by a brother, Jeff; two sisters, Delores and Peggy; Charlie whom she considered as her adopted son; three nieces, Jessica, Sarah and Emily; and two nephews, Jeffrey and Marc.
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
