Hello Melody, Allen and family,
I am sorry for your loss and wanted to extend how nice it was to think of Joyce again. I enjoyed working beside her in my earliest days at National. She taught me a lot, and like Bill, Norm and Paul G - and yourself - showed me endless patience and camaraderie.
You don't need me to tell you, but it is a pleasure recalling how happy, fun, charming and full of laughs it was working with your mom over the years. You and your mom always interacted so harmoniously at the office, no doubt, in part, due to you inheriting your parents' fine nature.
My sympathies upon your loss,
