Joyce A. McGurn

Joyce A. (Trumbull) McGurn, 85, of Braintree, passed away December 21, 2016 of natural causes. She was the beloved widow of Herbert McGurn of Braintree; loving mother of Patricia Mader and her husband Stephen of Brooklyn, NY, Michael McGurn and his wife Kelly of Westford, and Edward McGurn and his wife Dawn of Braintree; dear grandmother of Michael, Edward, Sean, Meghan, Kevin, Ryan, William and Finnegan. Joyce is also survived by her sisters, Jessie Chambers of Berkley Springs, WV and Joan Cahoon of Buzzards Bay, as well as many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 21, at 11 a.m. in the McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rte. 37), Braintree. Interment in Plain St. Cemetery, Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to join the family for lunch at 1 p.m., the Venetian Restaurant, 909 Broad St., East Weymouth.
