Joyce M. Pass

Joyce was such a wonderful help with her volunteer efforts at Tioga Opportunities and Waterman Center! We worked together on projects at TOI and the Bingo at Waterman and had fun doing it. I'll miss her very much. Sincere condolences to the friends and family. Rest in peace, Joyce.

I worked with Joyce at the TCRM, and we'd pick out a pie for her friend. I will miss her much. My sympathies to her family. I am sorry for your loss.

Joyce and I worked together at Rural Ministry on Wednesdy mornings where we became close friends. She was always there for me through difficult times and prayed for me and my family.
She was such a kind and compassionate women and I will truly miss our friendship!

I was privileged to work with Joyce at a local dental office years ago, and also knew her through an organization to which we both belonged. She was truly an amazing lady! We send our condolences to all those who mourn her passing.

I met Joyce at the Waterman Center where she would help with the bingo games. She will be missed terribly.

A wonderful lady with a great family. We shared so many special times growing up. I feel so blessed to have spent those years together. My heart goes out to Jayne, Rick, Karen, and your families. Love you all.

My sincerest sympathies to all Joyce's family and loved ones. We were all blessed to know her compassion and her caring. Her family- she loved you all so much, spoke of you all so often with joy and pride, lifted you in prayer when the pages of your lives were turning. Joyce - A unique balance of blatant candor, compassion, and sincerity. She will be sorely missed at FBO, for her heart & her willingness to share and to be involved and committed. She will always be remembered fondly for her sense of humor, her infectious laughter, and her sincere compassion she showed to all she met.

While working at the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce, Joyce and I became great friends. She was a blessing to me in many ways, helping with work and sharing her faith. We often prayed together about problems and issues we were facing at work. She will be missed.
