As a steadfast husband, a nurturing father, and an adoring grandfather, Juan Carlos's unwavering dedication to his family was the cornerstone of his life. His presence at every significant family event and his unwavering support for his children's and grandchildren's endeavors spoke volumes of his commitment to his loved ones. Juan Carlos found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including travel and the warm companionship of his family and friends.
The Ferreiro family invites you to join them in commemorating the life of Juan Carlos with a Memorial Mass to be held on Saturday, the 25th of May, 2024, at 10:00 am, at St. Anthony's of Padua Church located at 853 3rd avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Your prayers and presence would be greatly appreciated as we honor a life well-lived and a soul that has found its eternal rest.

Querido amigo creaste alas y te nos fuiste y nos dejaste con el corazón roto. Siempre recordaremos tu amor por la familia, por los amigos y también por la moda porque cuando se hablaba de elegancia tu nombre siempre aparecía. Cosechaste muchísimos amigos en tu camino pero quiero ser egoísta y pensar que nuestro grupo fue unos de tus más queridos y cómo no, si fueron casi 40 años. 40 años compartiendo lágrimas, alegrías, fiestas, viajes y todo lo que la vida nos puso a mano. Te toco ser el primero en emprender la marcha pero tu legado y cariño vivirá por siempre en nuestras mentes y corazones. Descansa en Paz y vuela alto Carlitos allá te está esperando tu amada madre y muchos más que se te adelantaron. Hasta que nos volvamos a ver. Te queremos.

I am wishing you all comfort and peace, looking back on all the many beautiful memories that you have together.
For me, who has known Carla since Kindergarten, I remember "Carla´s dad" as very serious, (and a little intimidating), but he was the "cool dad," who always wore Polo shirts. Carla definitely respected him and loved him very much.
Later on when I would attend parties at their home, he was still the "cool dad" and I learned that Carlos was also a master at the grill. No one I knew could make steak taste that good!
The Ferreiro home was always welcoming and filled with love, and that is because of Lucy and Carlos.
My heart goes out to you, Lucy, Carla, Martin, Mario, Gigi, Marcelo, Luciano, and your whole family. I know that Carlos is watching over you all from Heaven Up Above. May He Rest Peacefully.

I can´t remember an important day in my life that Carlos wasn´t at, Communions, 15th, Wedding, our Farewell to NJ party, he was always there looking dapper and distinguished. I don´t have many pictures from my wedding on my phone but I always carry this one with me because it shows a group of people that I truly love. Carlos you weren´t my uncle by blood but you were my uncle in love. Thank you so much for loving me and my family. We love you all, stay strong Ferreiro family Love you always, Patti & Ruben.
