WADSWORTH Juanita M. "Nita" Fessler, 72, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, at Select Specialty Hospital, after a lengthy ill ness.
Mrs. Fessler was born in Akron and resid ed in Wadsworth for 30 years. She was an inhalation therapist at Barberton Citizens Hospital for 18 years.
A loving and devoted wife, moth er, and grandmother, Mrs. Fessler is survived by husband, Howard; children, Gary Williams and wife, Sandy, of Wadsworth, Mark Wil liams of Doylestown, Craig Williams and wife, Lisa, of Akron, Lee Lucille Fessler of Columbus, and Lyn Mae Wetterman and husband, Kenneth, of Brook Park; granddaughters, Christy and Nicole Williams; and great-granddaughter, Alexis. She was preceded in death by parents, Orval and Ocie Raines, and brother, Harold Raines.
She was a friend to all and will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends Thursday, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Hilliard & Mullaney Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, where funeral services will be held Friday, 10 a.m., Pastor Robin L. Hart officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. (Hilliard & Mullaney, 330-334-1501.)

I was so saddend to hear about Nita's passing. She was truly a special and wonderful lady. I will never forget her. She was my neighbor for years while I was growing up. I was also good friends with Christy. My heart is breaking thinking that I have not seen her in so long and now I will not have the chance anymore. She always gave the best hugs and made the best "good soup". Everytime I drive home and pass their house I think of all the wonderful memories of slumber parties and playing school in the basement. She was truly a special person in my young life and I know that I am a better person today because I knew her. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers and if there is anything I can do please let me know.
