Faye Beczek MARION Mrs. Faye Edna Beczek, 93, of Marion, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011, at Hospice of Rutherford County. Born Aug. 18, 1918, in Avery County, she was the daughter of the late James T. Ollis and Audie J. Vance Ollis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Dewey Wise, Charles Stormer and Edward Beczek; son, Clarence Ray Ollis; sister, Delzia Marie Henson; brothers, Ernest W. Ollis and Roy E. Ollis; and step-children, Raymond Wise and Mary Moore. She is survived by her sister, Beulah Ollis Wise of Nebo; grandchildren, Ronnie Ollis of Oklahoma, Darren Ollis of Pennsylvania and Cheryl Smith of Asheville; three great-grandchildren; two step-children, Howard Wise and Orabelle Bets-cakos, both of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at Pisgah Methodist Church in Avery County. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, P.O. Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043. Faye was a dear friend and neighbor We will truly miss her. She was truly one of those people if you got to know her you could never forget. I know she is in a better place now because we had several conversations about heaven. She enjoyed life and saw beauty in everything.
