Judith "Judy" Sellers Wilkins

A Celebration of Life for Judy Sellers Wilkins, 77 of Columbia will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the funeral home and following the service at the home of her dear friend, Jonnie Mitchell, 3341 Dreher Shoals Road, Irmo, SC 29063.

Judy passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019. Born in Florence, she was the daughter of Miriam Deas Sellers Moody and the late Edward Rogers Sellers. She was a graduate of McClenaghan High School and attended Winthrop College. Judy was crowned Miss Florence, South Carolina in 1959. She was retired from Ramco Framing and Designs. Ramco became a place where Judy enjoyed working with friends and customers while designing artwork for their homes. Judy was a member of Lake Murray Sisters in Service and Riverland Hills Baptist Church, Irmo.

Judy was a friend to all giving her love freely as she was loved by all.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Griffin Wilkins; daughters, Leakyle Wilkins Benites of Austin, Texas and Ashley Sellers Wilkins of Irmo; sisters, Karen Elizabeth Sellers of Florence and Jan Sellers Dieter (Johnny) of Conway; one grandson, Brent Griffin Benites of Austin, Texas; two nieces, Caroline Bush (Dan) and Lucas Adams (Reid); two grand-nephews, Roman Bush and Levi Bush; one grand-niece, Eliza Adams. She had a special bond with her cousins and a group of childhood friends in the Friends Forever Club. She was predeceased by her special grandmother, "Mama Lou."
