Judith Kalman, 56, of LaSalle, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.
According to her wishes, no services will be held. Cremation has been accorded. The Barto Funeral Home in Spring Valley is honored to assist the family.
Judith was born on April 19, 1964 in Spring Valley to Richard and Lubiza (Rudich) Eiberger. She married Jaime “Jay” Kalman. She worked most recently as a pharmacy technician at CVS. She loved visiting with friends and family. She loved art, crocheting, making beaded bracelets, and getting tattoos. She absolutely adored her dogs, Harley, Chevelle, and Isis, and she loved the holidays, especially Halloween.
She is survived by her husband, Jay Kalman of LaSalle; a brother, Steve Eiberger of DePue; a sister, Diane Schallhorn of Dalzell; 2 nieces, Amy Carpenter of Peoria and Sarah Schallhorn of Black Hawk, Colorado; and 2 great nieces, Ellen and Cailyn Carpenter of Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Don Eiberger.
Memorial donations in Judith’s memory may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or to Illinois Valley Animal Rescue.

I have known Judes for many years. She is special. Lots of laughs and some tears through out the years. She was so much like her brother Don and that’s a good thing for people who them both. Bless the family and friends that were part of her life. Rest pain free Judes.

I was so saddened to hear of Judy’s passing, she was such a good friend of my sister Paulette, who is devastated and will miss Judy more than life itself !! She was such a happy , caring and loving person. My condolences to her family and friends!! May she Rest In Peace !!!!
