I read her memoir. She was an incredibly strong woman and a fantastic writer. I read "Titters" as well and had a good laugh. Judy is often referred to by who her late husband was. Judy was a powerhouse in her own right. She was a star too. I hope she and John can be together again in the great beyond.

What a wonder woman she was. We pray that God continues to strengthen and comfort the family during this extremely difficult time.

My memories of judy are many, but what I think of, is the vigor in which she played the drums at Hot Tin Roof, her kindness and the love she had for friends, and especially her family. Her stories about the first time she hitchhiked with John to the Vineyard and how they sat on the cliffs up island and he said something like, I´m going to buy us a house here. And he did! She spoke of how much Dan A and Jim B were always there for her as she navigated the complexity of John´s legacy and assets. She was strong and steadfast and the Island has lost a wonderful, kind and compassionate person. I had gotten a text from her, and it´s hard to imagine her no longer moored on this earth. I was but a sand grain on the great beach of her friendships. Jen and Bob, in particular.
