Eric, Leah and Noah, please accept my heartfelt condolences. Judy was a bright spirit and truly a mensch in all aspects of her life. I first met her when working at Family Counseling Services and we were in a Monday morning yoga class for a number of years. I was at the Mother Meera gathering a few months ago and saw Judy and Leah in attendance. I will cherish that last visual memory of Judy in that loving space.
Her short but sweet life was a blessing to so many. May her beautiful memory be a blessing to you in the coming months and years.

I knew Judy through her daughter Leah and my daughter Alison clicking as best friends when they first met at kindergarten at Burton Elem. Despite moving on to different school, Leah and family were able to keep in touch with Alison, and to less extent, myself over the years. I have never met anyone who impressed me more with her spark for life, her deep love for others, and of course, her commitment as a (fellow) social worker. I will never forget Judy Byck. I send my love and deep sympathy to family and friends.

I knew Judy when we worked together at Tufts in our first full-time jobs. I remember her as a delightful, kind, beautiful person from whom I learned a lot about what's possible in life. I'm not the least surprised that she went on to be a wonderful therapist and mother. My heart goes out to you Eric, Leah, Noah and the rest of Judy's family. With deepest sympathy...
