Judy Deming Obituary
Born on February 9, 1943, in Davenport, Iowa, Judy lived a life marked by generosity, creativity, and deep faith. Her love for Jesus was a guiding light throughout her life, and she found comfort and strength in prayer and scripture-especially Psalm 23. She often prayed for others and shared her faith with quiet devotion.
Judy had a special gift for crafting. She was always creating handmade cards and crafts to give away, offering joy and encouragement to those around her. Her love of birds reflected her appreciation for the beauty of nature, and she cherished time spent with family above all else.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: sons Timothy and Philip, and daughter Sheryl. Judy was preceded in death by her son Matthew.
She is survived by her children, Timothy (Shelly) Deming, Philip Deming, Sheryl (Devon) Andrade. Judy also has ten grandchildren; Kiana, Mikayla, Kyle, Anna, Camille, Josiah, Hannah, Bailey, Kayla, Blake, and 1 great-grandchild; Marc.
A graveside service was held in Astoria, Oregon.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 23, 2025, from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM at Heidi's of Gresham 1230 NE Cleveland Ave. Dinner provided.

Birthday Twins Summer of '86 when I was on tour with New Light Singers and Orchestra and we were at a church in Oregon. I stayed with the Demings. As I was born on her birthday, Judy and I had a special bond. Her handmade cards and crafty presents were the highlight of my birthday.
