Judy Ellen Ruble

Judy Ellen Ruble, 75, of Parkersburg, WV passed away November 2, 2018 at her home, following an extended illness. She was born November 20, 1942 in Spencer, WV, a daughter of the late Raymond E. and Lacey (Cunningham) Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Karen Smith, Mary Stevens, Carol Hickle, Gwendolyn Adams, Bruce Miller and David Paul. Judy was a homemaker and a member of the Gateway Apostolic Church. One of her proudest moments was in 1986, when she and her sister completed their GED. She enjoyed sewing, solving crossword puzzles, cooking and spending time with her family. Judy will be deeply missed by her husband of 57 years, Robert Ruble; daughter, Tammy (Gary) Dennis of Williamstown, granddaughter, Kylie Dennis and her boyfriend Derek Beaver of Williamstown; sister, Dorothy Hopkins of Elizabeth, her cat who was her pride and joy, Bert and several nieces and nephews. Service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Joy officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
