Union Grove – Judy Carolyn Pardue Shore, 77, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022. She was born September 29, 1944 in Yadkin County to the late Woodrow Wilson Pardue and Madge Swaim Pardue. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, Tyre Glenn Johnson, Jimmy Roger Shore; brother, Bobby Pardue; brother-in-law, Bill Weatherman; sister-in-law, Kathryn Pardue. Surviving are her children, Jennifer (Dwayne) Jarvis, Julie (Daniel Ireland) Tomlin, Andrew Keith Johnson, DeAnna (Jeff) Kranz, Mitchell Shore; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; sisters, JoAnn Prevette, Jean (Tony) Gregory; brother, Danny (Sherry) Pardue. Her funeral service will be held at 3:00PM Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. The family would like to thank Iredell Hospice and Gordon Hospice Home for all the love and care shown to Judy. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Shore family. I not only lost a sister but a friend I could always talk too. She was like my father very easy to talk too. In all our years together we never had a cross word. I will miss her so much. I feel in my heart she is now at peace in the Lord's house.
