Judy Wiginton Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 1, 2024.
Judy Ann Wiginton, 70, passed away on September 23, 2024, in Akron, Ohio. Born on February 28, 1952, Judy was known for her boundless love and dedication to her family and all living creatures.

A person of deep compassion and empathy, Judy was always available to lend a helping hand or a listening ear, day or night. Her love extended beyond humans to all animals, ensuring that they felt loved and cared for. She had a special affinity for the ocean, which was reflected in her hobbies that also included cooking and canning, always with the intention of nurturing and caring for others.

Judy is survived by a loving family: her daughter Lisa Keith (Allan), her sisters Jayne Beal (Larry) and Jackie Nicholson (Shannon), her brother Jeff Jatich (Kim), and her cherished grandchildren Katie and Kody Krulik, Amanda, Sam, and Ben Keith. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bernice Jatich, and her brothers, James and John.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date to celebrate Judy's life and legacy. As she spent her life caring for others, her memory will be honored in the quiet reflection and remembrance of those who loved her most.
