(nee Henderson) (Tranent / Prestonpans)
Suddenly and unexpectedly, our beautiful Julie, passed away, on Thursday, August 23, 2018, adored by husband William (Wils), son Louis and daughter Hollie. Truly loved by all her family, mum Cathie and her late dad Alex, sister Pamela, brother-in-law Raymond, brother Derek and sister-in-law Linda. Also mum-in-law Marie and father-in-law Gerry and her brothers-in-law Mark, Paul, Steven, Alan, Stuart and their partners and all her nieces and nephews. She touched so many lives and was loved by all. Service will be held at Prestongrange Parish Church, on Tuesday, September 11, at 10 am, thereafter to Prestonpans Cemetery, arriving at approximately 10.45 am, to which all family and friends are welcome. Family flowers only, please. Dress code - whatever you are comfortable with. If you wish to make a donation then these will go to Harlawhill Day Centre.

I am so shocked!! Was at school with Julie, then moved away from Scotland (Prestonpans) in my early 20's overseas...For a long time I always tried to look up Julie on fb with no success! The Kemp's End girls have a wee dinner arranged for Friday, you should be there - but of course you can't be. This time last year you were still here and then that awful moment when the police woke us out of bed and our lives changed forever. I must think about you a dozen times a day and often talk to you or ask for your thoughts if I am unsure about something. I still keep hoping that its just one really long nightmare and everything will be fine in the morning but of course its not. I will miss you forever. Hope you and Dad are looking after each other. I will see you again one day in the future. ❤

Well it was the first birthday without you but am glad I didnt have too much time to dwell on it. As you will know we were having Georges funeral yesterday. I did come and visit the cemetery afterwards and laid down some flowers and a card for you but I know youre not there. Love and miss you lots.
