Julie was in a constant pain that no one knows but her and God. She continued to push to do whatever her body would allow. Smart, Funny, I will miss our front porch talks and movie days more than I can say. Katie and Rick you have been like a rock and are always in my prayers. Karen

Have known Julie since Elementary School many years ago, so many memories and laughes we shared over the years. Julie was one of the kindest, most caring people I've ever met and I'm proud to have known her. Thoughts and prayers to Rick, Katie, the family and Julie's many friends. An awesome woman has passed on but she will never be forgotten by those who knew and loved her. Debby Kittredge (originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois)

Julie lived a life of constant pain and suffering--- something most of us could not endure. Yet, on the outside, anyway, she managed to be as cheerful and as engaging as she could possibly be. And her friends? --- My goodness, Julie was a friend to all who knew her ! And as we all marvel at her attitude toward her condition and dogged good nature, we say goodbye to our Julie. May she at long last, Rest In The Peace she sought while with us here on earth. ...Cousin, H. Bruce Downey, of Myrtle Beach, SC*********

Julie was truely a special lady. She, Rick and Katie filled the role of being a "good neighbor" by coming up with fun activities when the kids were small and always making July 4th holidays special with the kids "parade". I loved Julie's sweet loving and caring spirit. Our prayers are with Rick, Katie & Family
