My dear Richard and all your family. Even though far away we have all been journeying with you in thought and in prayers. You and Julie were such a close couple. Our heart aches for you all. Sorry we cannot be with you for the funeral tomorrow but we will be there in spirit. Your faith will be your strength as you journey through this very difficult and painful time. It is with mixed emotions that I send you my sincere sympathies because Julie was ready to go to a place where she wouldn't suffer anymore and for that I'm happy that her suffering is over. I'm saddened that you and your children are left without a wife and mother (and grandmother.) Julie was a super neighbor and friend. My memories of her will always be of her generosity and good will. My Dear Richard,
Andre, Carmen, Rene & spouses.
I went to see her this summer when I came to Legal, what did I find but someone who had such a strong spirit, strong faith and a will to live at home with her family. We laughed about old times back in school, we talked about all of you growing up. Then her eyes would light up as she talked about her grandchildren, how much she loved you all. When I was working in Morinville, Juliette & I rekindled our school friendship and I got to know her children. I will always treasure those years, then I moved away. We still kept in touch, I'm glad that she was part of my life.
To all of you, I sent you my love and my deepest sympathies.
How you will miss her but she lives in each and everyone of you.

Her interest in us all, her community interests were very dear to her and we all benefited by her presence.
