Julius Klein Obituary
AGE: 83 • formerly of Dunellen
Julius Klein, 83, of Acworth, Ga., died Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Heritage Hospice in Marietta, Ga. He was born in Dunellen and lived in Dunellen until 1996 at which time he then moved to Marietta, then Acworth. His wife Doris, died in 2005 and his son Michael died in 1990. Julius worked as a printer for many years with Art color in Dunellen, then after their closing he worked for the Home News and the Courier in the same capacity until his retirement at 58. He was also a Navy veteran serving during WWII. Over the years, he was a member of St. John's in Dunellen, Our Lady of Fatima in Piscataway, where he did a lot of volunteering, and St. Mary's in Plainfield where he was in charge of Bingo.
Surviving is his daughter Linda May Klein of Acworth, a granddaughter Ashley, a sister-in-law Virginia Munson of Newport Beach, Cal. and 11 nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Sunday; August 21, 2011 from 4-6PM at Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen. There will be a 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at St. John's Church in Dunellen, followed by burial at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway.
