Julius Rubin Obituary
JULIUS
Professor Emeritus of the University of Pittsburgh, age 83, on Thursday, September 9, 2004, formerly of Shadyside. Beloved husband of Lore R. Rubin; father of Katherine, Toby Rubin of OR, Erica Rubin of Washington; also survived by five grandchildren; brother of Evelyn Lieberman of FL and the late Ruth Rubin. Professor Rubin actively taught at the University of Pittsburgh, Dept. of History from 1964 through 1991. NO VISITATION. A Memorial will be held at the Friends Meeting House, 4836 Ellsworth Ave. on Friday, September 17, 2004 at 3:30 pm. Arrangements by STEPHEN M. BRADY FUNERAL HOME, 412-321-0495.

Dear Lore, Katie, Toby and Erica -- we send our heartfelt condolences. We will treasure our memories of Julie, most particularly the many wonderful times we spent on our little piece of land in Greene County.
