June Anderson Carpenter

June Anderson Carpenter, 78, of Hollywood, Fla., passed away in her home Thursday, February 20 after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Duluth to Carl and Rose Anderson and graduated from Proctor High School. June moved to Hollywood in 1957 and married Henry Carpenter in 1962. She is preceded in death by husband Henry; her parents; and brother Carl. She is survived by sisters Shirley Capin of Proctor, Elsie Matthews of Hollywood, Fla.; sister-in-law Patricia Anderson; three nieces and three nephews - all of Duluth; and dear friends Gladys Smith, Bob Lizana, Laurie Schecter and Gary Isaacson. SERVICES: Interment will take place at a later date in Willow River, Minn. June requested Memorials be made to the Shrine Club of Hollywood, 2900 Taylor St., Hollywood FL 33020, Cat Pals, P.O.
