June Finley Obituary
June was born October 3, 1931, to Frank and Myrtle (Whitener) Walker in Clovis and she married Richard (Dude) Finley on March 17, 1951.
June graduated from Clovis High School in 1950 and Walker Beauty School. Upon graduation, she became the owner and operator of Crystal Door Beauty Shop in Clovis until her retirement in 2004.
She is survived by her son Donald B. (Kimberly) Finley of Princeton, IL; 2 grandsons, Benjamin and William Finley; 2 nieces Margaret Dindinger, Junelle (Don) Hopingardner, Roy (Clydene) Miller, all of Clovis, and Jimmy (Micheal Palmer) Walker of Albuquerque, NM; Several great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dude, infant son Dickie Frank; brothers James and A.F. (Tucky) Walker, and sisters Lovelle Childs and Wanda Dunn.
Graveside service will be on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 3pm at Mission Gardens of Memories, Clovis, NM, followed by a church service at 4pm at First Christian Church, 1700 N. Main, Clovis, officiated by Pastor Jon Forrest. A meal will follow at the church at 5pm.
