Dear Mike and Lori, I was saddened to learn of June's passing on the 16th. June was like another Mum to the Ford kids--Steve and I were at her home when our baby sister, Debbie, arrived home from the hospital with Mom and Dad. And when JFK died, school let out early and we headed to the Freemires. June was such a part of our family and pictures of the family with the English side, always included her. Her friendship with Mom taught me the beauty of women's friendships. And the bonds of sisterhood were so evident with Moira, June, and Wendy (and Mrs. Sullivan, of course) Seeing June at Dad's funeral in April brought a flood of tears, as she was such a link to our past and to our parents. I will truly miss her and only hope she knew how important she had been in our lives. love from Paula

Rae and I were sad to hear about your loss. Even though we never met your mom, we're sure she was a great lady based on the quality of her son. We won't be able to attend the services but our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My condolences to Mike and family. I enjoyed my employment with Signature Lawns and considered June a dear friend instead of a boss. I marveled how she never lost her English accent.
