JUNE V.
Of Shadyside on Friday, February 24, 2017, age 93. Beloved sister of the late Gerard E., Roger J. and Herbert E. (Florence) Otto; loving aunt of Thomas C. (Mary Ann) of Kentucky, John K. of Los Angeles. Kenneth J. (Lucia) of New Jersey, and Karen L. (Manoel) of Brazil; also survived by many loving great nieces and nephews. June attended the University of Pittsburgh was employed by IBM Corporation for 40 years. She enjoyed traveling and cherished her many friendships. Friends received at McCABE BROS., INC. FUNERAL HOME, 6214 Walnut Street, Shadyside on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of Blessing Service at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 310 Shady Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.

Dearest June, I will miss your lilting voice and the genuine delight you took in sharing in the lives of your many friends. You always saw the best in people and you were the greatest cheerleader anyone could have. May the family you so cherished be comforted. Rest in love and peace sweet June.

My most sincere sympathies go out to June's family. I, too, had the pleasure of working with June at IBM in Pittsburgh. She was always cheerful, kind, pleasant, and ready to lend a helping hand to anyone. She was one of IBM's best. Rest in peace, June.
