Junius Bloomquist

BLOMQUIST -The passing of Junius Adrean Blomquist, of Outlook, SK, occurred on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the Outlook & District Pioneer Home, at the age of 89 years. Junius is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lyla Blomquist of Outlook; his family, son, Dale (Valerie) Blomquist and their children, Lonnie (Karen) and their daughters, Presley and Ava and Darla (Glenn) McFarlane, all of Calgary; son, Darwyn (Cheryl) Blomquist and their three sons, Tyson, Shane and Garrett of Eyebrow, SK; and daughter, Darcy (Greg) Morken and their children, Jordyn, Jaclyn and Justin of Outlook; two sisters, Aileen Sanderson of Saskatoon and Henrietta Vang of Crookston, Minn; four sisters-in-law, Myrtle Wright of Regina, Lois Anholt of Regina, Aileen Anholt of Saskatoon and Anna Anholt of Edmonton; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Hugo and Helga Blomquist; three brothers, Hurley (Ruth), Marlow (Maria) and Jorgen (Jessie) Vang; brother-in-law, Jim Sanderson; in-laws, Mattias and Olva Anholt; brothers-inlaw, Chester (Thelma) Anholt, Kasper Anholt, Roy (Ethel) Anholdt, Wedell Anholt and Raymond Anholt; sisters-in-law, Sophia (Orville) Winter, Elida (Magnus) Lehne, and Millie (Vernon) Sampson. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2004 at the Saskatchewan River Lutheran Church, Northeast of Outlook, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Merle Snustead officiating. Interment will take place at the Saskatchewan River Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to The Saskatchewan River Lutheran Church, Outlook, SK, L.C.B.I. of Outlook or the Outlook & District Health Foundation. Arrangements are in care of the OUTLOOK FUNERAL CHAPEL.
