Justin Kalpakoff was born on November 9, 1984, in Long Beach, CA, and walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, September 7, 2015. Justin was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was known for his infectious laugh and beautiful smile. Loved ones and strangers were drawn to his funny, kind personality and vibrant soul. Justin enjoyed being outdoors where he both worked and enjoyed hobbies such as snowboarding, fishing and hiking. People who knew Justin say he would light up the room the second he walked through the door. He was a friend to many and will be extremely missed as he reunites with his big brother Joshua in Heaven and continues his journey with the Lord. We know Justin is smiling that bright smile and making the angels laugh. We love you Justin! Justin is survived by his parents, Jay and Natalie Kalpakoff; sister, Tatiana Kalpakoff; brothers, Jonathan and Joseph Kalpakoff; sister-in-law, Wendy Kalpakoff; nephews, Harrison and Cash Kalpakoff; and niece, Remy Kalpakoff. A private service will be held with family on Saturday, September 12, 2015.

I grew up with Justin. We were neighbors, became best friends, then husband and wife (and so much more). We were each others everything. He had hurtals in his life that suddenly forced us in different directions, but he was still there for me. I understand why things were the way they were, especially now. I'm so greatful for him, and how much of himself he gave to me. There is no one that beams love like him. He was the definition of fun. Full of jokes and smiles. Justin is the dude, man.
