I've known Justin just about all my life! We were good friends growing up as kids and went our separate ways after school. We had some crazy times then. My heart goes out to the whole family! Justin was a good guy and will be sadly missed!

My sincerest sympathy to the family of Justin Pugh. I am the DHSS Head Injury Service Coordinator for Justin. I had only met Justin a few times and was impressed with Justins strength of will. He knew what he wanted and was willing to do what it took to get there. I was looking forward to working with him in gaining his independence. He will be sadly missed.

Justin and I were friends in our teens. We were close for a time. Our lives were very turbulent then but our friendship helped to make things easier. I was saddened to learn of his passing, having lost contact with him since 1993 when I left St. Joe for school in KC.

I do not know his children but they know him to have a heart of gold and that was the Justin that I knew too.
