Kam Lan Chin (Woo) Obituary

Chin, Kam Lan age 82 passed away Saturday May 23, 2015 at the Verdun Hospital after a brief illness. Originally from China she was born in 1932 and
immigrated to Canada in 1964. She was a hard working seamstress who raised her family in the borough of Ville Emard.


She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Sam Tong Woo of Montreal; two children, Edward Woo of Ottawa, Ellen (George) Woo of Toronto. Predeceased by older brother Chen, Can Phun of China. Survived by her younger brother Chen, Can Wen of Detroit and survived by many nieces and
nephews.

Kam Lan will be lovingly remembered by family and friends for her dedication to family, generosity, kindness and for her smile.


Last visitation will be received on Friday May 29, 2015 at 10am.
Family and friends who wish to participate in the precession to the internment site at the Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery are welcomed to follow at 11am.
All are welcomed to a celebration gathering following the internment in Chinatown at Ruby Rouge, 1008 rue, Clark, Montreal beginning at approximately at 2pm.
