Karen Lane Obituary
Jan. 27, 1963 - Aug. 23, 2011
Karen passed away suddenly in Abbotsford, B.C. She is survived by her son Aidan Lane- Wilson, his father Grant Wilson & his grandmother Pat Douglas of Abbotsford. Karen will be deeply missed by her mother Ruth Steinecker & father Robert (Rose) Lane of Regina & her sister Cheryl (Rudy) Mihalicz and children Joshua, Adam & Joanna; her sister Terri Lane; sister Joanne (Lee) Steinberg & children Brennan, Ari & Shayna, and Rose Lane's daughter Sheri & son Bobby- deceased. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society or a charity of choice. A memorial service will be held in Abbotsford. Memorial arrangements for Regina will be announced at a later date.

Auntie Ruth and Uncle Bob, Cheryl, Terri and Joanne, we were all so sorry to hear of Karen's unexpected and very untimely death. Our thoughts are with all of you at this sad time. I'm sorry none of us are closer to all of you right now as we'd like to be with you to give you hugs and make you cups of tea. I also feel sad for Aidan - I know what its like to lose a parent. I remember Karen as cheerful and funny, always upbeat. The picture of her is beautiful, that's how I will remember her.
