Karen changed lives. I've never met anyone like her, and I'm sure I never will again. Looking back, I remember she was always kind and patient even when I was a terrible middle school student. I am so sorry for your loss. There is one more star in the sky.

Karen always brought a bright smile to the school when she checked in. Was a joy to be with her each week. So sorry for your loss.

I am so sad to hear of her passing. We worked together at Ladys Island Middle School years ago. Karen was a wonderful teacher and friend. Although I didn't see her as often in the past few years, I thought of her often and know that she will truly be missed. My prayers for comfort surround you, your son, and your family.
