KATHERINE BORSOS Obituary
60, of Clinton (Independence Twp.) on Sunday, July 29, 2012. Beloved wife of 32 years to David J. Borsos; dearest sister of John Belashek and Marsha Gutendorf; sister-in-law of John Jr. and his wife, Dorothy Borsos; dear aunt of Michelle, J.C., William, Robert, Kelly and Amy; great-aunt of Dustin, Calen, Liam, Gavin, Lorelei, Hailey, Minnie, Ethan, Jacob and Tyler. Friends are welcome to call at the MOODY FUNERAL HOME, 1227 Rt. 30, Clinton Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where prayers will be offered Thursday 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Columbkille R.C. Church, Imperial. Interment Parish Cemetery.

Mrs. Borsos was my favorite teacher in high school and honestly ended up being a large part of the reason why I became interested in writing. She had quite the book collection and would often lend me books. When I would bring them back after reading them, we would talk about them.
She was a wonderful teacher and was definitely a positive influence on my life. I went through some hard times in my teenage years and she was always approachable, I knew I could trust her to tell her if I was having a tough time. She encouraged me to pursue creative writing opportunities and eventually go to college for writing. I still write a lot to this day. Thank you Mrs. Borsos. You were a true gem and my younger years were better having known and been taught by you!

Dave, we heard this tragic news tonight and have very heavy hearts. We will pray for inner peace and an ease to your sorrow.
