Aunt Kathy,
There is not a day that goes by that you are not in my thoughts. We were all so lucky to have you as a daughter, mother, aunt and friend. As Shawn and Nick continue to grow as successful men, it is and will always be a testament to your hard working and loving character. I will never forget the great times we had and the impression you made on me. Till me again, rest easy my godmother.

Mom,

So the saying goes, "you don't realize what you have until its gone." Well this past month has brought this saying to life for me. I know I never expressed it until the last weeks of your life, but It's hard to put into words how much I truly appreciate everything you have done for Nick, Shana, and I. You always pushed me to go above and beyond in everything I did, and I promise to continue making you proud. I can only hope to one day be as good a parent as you were to Nick and I. I know you will be watching over me when that time comes. Even though you aren't with us down here I will always be looking for guidance from you when faced with danger or adversity. I miss you so much Mom. I LOVE YOU!

Shawn:

I knew your mom at work for many years. She worked for a former client of mine. I will remember her as a sweet, pleasant, professional lady that cared very deeply for her children. My barber trained with you in MMA and I used to talk with your mom about that on occasion. I could tell she was very concerned but also very proud when you competed.
I would have liked to have paid my respects, but I just heard about her passing. I will include her in my prayers.

Katherine Ann (Kathy)

When God Blessed Daddy and I with a beautiful baby girl, our hearts were filled with love and happiness as we held you in our arms for the first time. Thank you God, you were perfect. Kathy you grew to become an outstanding women and an even better mother. You provided our family with wonderful memories and love. My heart was broken when God said, “It’s time for you to come home, your work here is done”, but I found some relief knowing that you are not alone as you enter heaven. Daddy and Debbie will be there to welcome you! I miss you so much. I love you just as much as the first day Daddy and I held you in our arms...

My Dear Kathy, I had you as my sister for 46 wonderful years and I will miss you so very much! I will miss the talks that only sisters have with each other, but I will still talk to you! and always remember your voice. You were the most awesome mother to your sons and they have turned into awesome respectful young men and I know you were so proud of them. Shawn and Nicholas you will forever be loved by our family and we will be here for you always and mom knew that. Kathy you are at peace in heaven, you are an angel now watching over your family and protecting your boys, because you wouldn't have it any other way! I love you and one day we will be together again.

Warm Summer Sun

Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.
