Your Mother was a wonderful lady. I remember one time sharing a Thanksgiving dinner with your family at my sister Caroline's house at Lion's Gate. It was a wonderful time. We are sorry for your loss.

My thoughts are with you and your family. She's in a better place. She was very kind and loving to me, and throughout the years very supportive as well. She was my encourager! She really was like a second Mother to me and I will always remember her fondly.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you. She may be missed here but the Lord is rejoicing. She was a faithful servant!

Death.....to Life
Death comes to us as an unexpected and welcomed guest; always preparing for the visit, yet never feeling quite ready to receive.
Interesting enough, the journey of life is similar. We're preparing ourselves for the Lord with great expectation, yet feeling somewhat inadequate.
The Good News is that we're ALL welcomed just as we are, and our earthly death is the awesome beginning of our eternal life, all for the asking!
Let us celebrate our new life and home with a renewed attitude of thanksgiving and praising. Hallelujah! What a glorious day!
We are now present with our heavenly Father and all of our loved ones. Thanks be to God! He is a faithful God who keeps His promises and yes, death is just the beginning of Life.
In loving memory of Katherine Teresa Dehler Marks,

Dearest Kim, Don, Christine, Jesse and all the Grand Children,
You know we loved your Momma as our own. She blessed us with her cheery disposition and loving kindness. She always had time to spread a lot of love and always, welcomed us with a big hug. We look forward to the day when we shall once again embrace our Katherine while thanking our heavenly Father's Son, Jesus Christ, that His gift made it all possible to be reunited. Praise be to God.
We'll miss you Baby! In the meantime, dear family and friends, may your hearts be filled with the peace and comfort knowing that she was indeed loved and cherished.
All our love and blessings,
Caroline and Gary

I remember "Baby", as one of the most beautiful young girls I have ever known...my brother "Football" Smith, adored her, and spoke of her until he passed away in 2009..... My heart is sad, I live in Vabeach , Va now but refer back to the Star News. Thinking of the family, my prayers....
