Of Toledo, OH, formerly of Buffalo, NY, entered into rest on December 26, 2020. Devoted mother of Kevin Finbar of Atlanta, GA, Lisa (Bruce) Flack of Atlanta, GA, and Gregory (Sandy) Finbar of Toledo, OH; cherished grandmother of Melissa Weiskerger, Sean and Adam Flack of Atlanta, GA, and Joshua (Misty) Finbar of Atlanta, GA; great-grandmother of Kira, Lyle, Adalyn, Wren and Kyler; loving daughter of Daniel (late) and Martha (late) Gavin; predeceased by all brothers and their spouses Robert (Dolorita), James (Alice), Daniel and Thomas Gavin; beloved aunt of Robert, Anne, Kevin and Nancy Gavin; further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Ladies of Charity, 1122 Broadway Street, Buffalo, NY 14212, where she volunteered for over 20 years. Kathleen worked as a radiologic technician for over 25 years at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. She traveled the world, golfed, bowled and dedicated her retired years to volunteering and was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. She was a member of the Ladies of Charity, Daughters of Erin and the Federation for International Cooperation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the XXIII Church, 1 Arcade Street, West Seneca, at a later date when the health concerns allow. Arrangements by the JAMES W.
