Kathleen Maria "Kass" Doyle

Kathleen Maria Doyle, also known as Kass, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2024, at the age of 74, in Folsom, Pennsylvania. She was born on September 21, 1949, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late John & Margaret Greene. Kathleen and Christopher celebrated 56 years of marriage last September. Kathleen was a beloved mother and an amazing nurse who dedicated her life to caring for others.

Kathleen's career as a Registered Nurse spanned many years, and she was known for her compassion and dedication to her patients. She attended St. Cyril of Alexandria School (East Lansdowne) and Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School before pursuing her nursing education at the Camillus School of Nursing, Delaware County Community College, and the University of Delaware.

Outside of her profession, Kathleen cherished her time spent with family and friends, especially during relaxing days down the shore. She leaves behind a loving legacy and will be deeply missed by her husband, Christopher J. Doyle, Sr.; her sister, Elizabeth Greene; her sister, Georgia Greene, R.S.M.; her daughter, Kelly Doyle; her daughter, Johanna Clark (Michael); her son, Christopher J. Doyle, Jr. (Rodney Welch); her daughter, Kathleen Mills (Thomas); her grandchildren, Michael Ciccarelli (Yenicelli), Shannon Clark, Kelly Clark, Michael Clark, Thomas J. Mills, Elizabeth Mills, Daniel Mills; her great grand-children Aubree Johanna Fite, Kaden & Kendall Ciccarelli.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her brother, John Greene (Linda); her sister, Margaret (Marty) Metevia (Philip); her son, John William Doyle; and her grandson, John Ciccarelli. Their memories will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Kathleen Maria Doyle touched the lives of many through her nursing career and her role as a loving mother and grandmother. Her kindness and compassion will be remembered by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.

Please join us on Saturday March 23rd, 2024 at 10:30 am for a memorial mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church (136 Saxer Ave, Springfield, PA) to celebrate the life of Kass. There will be a luncheon immediately following at Springfield Country Club (400 Sproul Road, Springfield, PA).
