I am so sorry to hear of the passing of a dear close friend of mines, In Business and Personal, I have been texting Kathy for a few months now, she always reply to me right away. I sent her email and text just the other day. i knew of her illness and she knew of mines, we would talk and i pray for her she prayed for me. Something told me to google Kathy McKew today 10/31/2024, I was worried why she didnt reply, to find out that she had passed away in May, I am so devastated, I didnt know that she had passed, I was not informed. Kathy was my to go girl for Saudi Visas, my name is Joe i work with Global Visa & Passport Express in Westchester Los Angeles CA. Kathy was the one sending me all the raytheon employee passports and documents to get thier Saudi visas stamped and send the back to wherever she wanted me to send back to. My Uncle George has been doing Raytheon for 43 years plus, And i took over 15 years now, So i was always in contact with Kathy on a daily basis. My condolences to the entire family, Her Children spouses, family and freinds. My heart is broken. May her memory be eternal my dear freind. With sympathy Joe Soof

My first memory of Aunt Kathy is when I was a small child sitting outside her house in New Hampshire. We were next to a kiddie pool and she was braiding my hair. I asked her why we don't flush the toilet at her house when we pee. She said.... why waste water when it's just pee? I laughed and laughed and laughed.

Kathy was a truly remarkable colleague and friend. She was the consummate professional-dependable, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist others. At Raytheon, she was known as the "go-to" person for international deployments, skillfully guiding many of us through the complexities of visa processes and benefits questions with unmatched expertise and patience.
Kathy's dedication to her work and her ability to lighten the burdens of others made her a cherished member of the Raytheon team. Her presence will be profoundly missed, and her impact will not be forgotten. She was loved by all who had the privilege to know her, and her spirit will continue to inspire us.
May God bless Kathy and her family during this sorrowful night. Her memory will forever be a beacon of kindness and excellence in our hearts. .

I have a story about a very unexpected double date when I was in College. But mostly, we adored your family living across the woods from us. It was a pleasure to see the sparkle in Kathy's eyes as she visited with her 2 girls....I believe the player piano was a favorite..... All our love, Barbara Skinder and Gerry, Mark, Carolyn, Laurel and Amy

Kathleen "Kathy" McKew was a dear colleague of mine at Raytheon. She worked in the international Assignment Services (IAS) and cared like no other about "her boys" that she deployed around the globe.
I should know as I was just a young 24-year-old former Marine that she deployed to Kuwait in 1988 and then to Egypt, Israel, Iraq, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, South Korea and Taiwan over the ensuing 36 years! Throughout that period Kathy was THE constant AND dependable interface with the company, our benefits and home. She looked after us like no other! I grew to trust her immensely whether she gave me bad news or good, she did so with honesty, integrity, and grace!
In fact, I can say that I grew to love Kathy with all my heart for her selfless kindness and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! She always had the time and energy to help, and she did so with true kindness and caring!
Kathy was called home on May 29th, 2024. Perhaps God needed her in heaven to continue her good work there! Kathy will always be remembered by those that knew her! I will never forget her and will forever love her!
Rest In Peace dear friend!

I grew up with Kathy as her older cousin- we spent holidays and birthdays at our grandmothers house- and then at her mother´s house in Andover- Eventually as we became parents with our own children we spent many summers in Wells Maine!- My fondest memory believe it or not is of her always taking on the job of dishwasher for all the meals we shared together- if someone offered to take a turn she usually wouldn´t hear of it- Many many fond memories- loved her hair/ jealous in fact!!´ And loved her no nonsense approach to life- I loved her and will miss her
