On February 16, 2009 at age 50 of Penn Hills. Dear mother of Keirstin Trout and Luke Trout both of Penn Hills. Daughter of Mary Balsamico of Penn Hills. Sister of Mary Jo Coll of Pittsburgh, Timothy Coll of Penn Hills, Patricia (John) Carlino of Pittsburgh, and Michael "Rigel" Balsamico of Philadelphia. Grandmother of Stephen McGreal. Dear friend of James Minsinger. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC. 378 Maryland Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139. A Funeral Service will be held at 8pm in the funeral home immediately following the visitation. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Kathleen's children.

Dearest Keirstin & Luke, words cannot express the sadness I feel for you both. I love your Mom & she will be dearly missed. She is one of the most caring, loving, intelligent woman I have had the pleasure of working with & I will miss her compassionate friendship and always remember the intense love she had for you both and her new grandson Stephen.
